Shrumps, Poops, and Meows

Ladies and gentlemen, it is week four of death quarter 2Kleven and the sun is out? If I've talked to any of you, (and let's be honest I like to talk) the general concensus is that this week has been ROUGH. Midterms came early, two tests this week for me and I feel like I just got run over by a bus. But you know as I sit here not typing this in my extremely interesting UFDN class, I smile comes to my face and I try to change my outlook. The only way to WIN during winter quarter is to be better than the downy-down mood of what winter is, which brings me to the title of this entry: "Shrumps, poops, and meows" you see all three of these things are what you ought to sing or say when there is nothing else to be said (or when you don't know the words to a song, but that's a different story). Why? Because just saying them makes you smile because they are perfecetly ridiculous, and smiling is good for you, and it's good for the people around you. OBVI.
I say this to myself a lot, but if I can get through the next couple of days I can do anything-- and I've done it before in different situations so why not now? But I don't want to just get through, I want to thrive and enjoy. I was planning out Spring Quarter (Woof already, I know), I received that lovely email from SAS the other day and all sorts of swears came to mind. I DO NOT WANT TO PLAN OUT MY LIFE UNTIL NEXT QUARTER YET. Nevertheless it just highlighted the fact that time is flying so very fast. You're probably be tired of hearing me talk about time/ the future oh well, no one's making you read this. But I'm kind of super excited about how my schedule will work out time-wise for next quarter.
Well, it's lots of hours after I originally started this, but I lived through my Tragedy test I had earlier today and have managed to somewhat study for one I have tomorrow in Physiological Psychology (science being my forte and all...)
Also, one last thing before I go, I'm gonna continue shamelessly plugging Godspell until it's done. We have five shows this weekend and I'm super excited about them. The first weekend of the run was REALLY FUN and we were sold out for all of those which was super exciting; and today I picked up my copy of the Falcon and read an article about it and my picture was there which was kind of fun (and I'm not gonna lie, I've kind of always have wanted my picture there). Anyways, before I make myself sound any more narcissistic, COME SEE THE SHOW.

You guys are all champs!
