Middle Part MLK Jr. Day.

Happy Martin Luther King Jr. day everyone!
It is on this lovely long weekend that I embark upon this new blog, and have no idea what will come of it (oh come on, you know there has to be a cliche line like this present in every first post of a blog). I'll probs just post on Mondays, whilst having my hair parted down the middle, which clearly is the most aesthetically pleasing way possible.
Today is good why?
We get to celebrate what Dr. King did for civil rights.
...and on a more selfish level, we get a day off from school. Now, at this point in the quarter as we enter into the third week, I feel like I'm in over my head. Godspell opens this week (which you should come see), and schoolwork has taken a backseat. But I AM SO EXCITED this week is going to be cray cray for sure.
At the moment I find myself extremely calm about the things I need to do.

It's 12:57am on this fine Monday, and it's been quite the night. As I sit here finishing this post up I reflection on some Basic Theology Readings for class while wearing a nice green face mask.

8 million things cross through my mind.
What do the next years hold for me? Where am I living next year? What am I gonna do when I grow up? I try to focus on an assignment but we are so good at being distracted, aren't we? Then this pops into my head: "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:34.

Happy Middle Part Monday everyone, you're gonna be just fine.
